We aimed to investigate the pathophysiology of onset of psychosis through neuroimaging methods including MRI, DTI, fMRI, MRS, fNIRS, and to develop a predictive model that can apply clinical situations. We also seek the development of a personlized neurocognitive remediation and social cognitive rehabilitation, glutamatergic pharmacotherapy and brain stimulation including TMS, tDCS.
